About Us

The Moreschini Group today is composed of many companies owned 100% or in which it has stakes.

The most important is our building company “Moreschini Aldo & Gianfranco S.r.l.”, with more than forty years’ experience. It is named after the two brothers, Aldo and Gianfranco, who already worked on building sites when they were young boys and who founded a small family company in 1970 dedicated to small restructuring works.

With fatigue and ingenuity, with skill and enthusiasm, indispensable features at the base of our work to which we have always dedicated ourselves with tenaciousness and constancy, professional skill and innovation, we have become a point of reference among the companies that operate in the public and private civil building sector.

A few years ago, their sons Andrea and Marco joined the company, and now hold managerial positions. Furthermore, over the years, the company grew constantly and has diversified its activity in several sectors, including tourism.

From year to year we have increased our efforts and activities, implementing techniques and personnel, combining the art of building with the complex needs of the market.

Our activity has many collaborators in the field of planning and technical systems, but it has always maintained close contact with the workers and craftsmen of the sector.

Thanks to constant RESEARCH into new materials to be used, our company has directed its efforts towards the construction of CLASS A buildings and to careful assessment of the environmental impact of the buildings, minimising energy consumption as much as possible with the use of ALTERNATIVE ENERGIES.

In addition to the construction of “TURN-KEY” buildings, we also deal with the SALE of the property units, offering customised solutions and following, step by step, the customers’ needs, seeking to satisfy their requests in the best manner.

Planning & Consultancy

We offer our customers specialist personnel, in both the technical and economic-financial fields, for the creation of homes designed in every DETAIL, from the PLANNING stage to the FURNISHINGS.

We also offer just consultancy and ASSISTANCE, thanks to which the customer who needs to carry out restructuring or maintenance, or also the complete construction of his home, can entrust to our company the management and coordination of the various work phases.
